At American Express Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unopened condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the unused beauty products in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure smooth processing.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
