Isha Life Ragi Dosa Mix
Ingredients:
- Ragi, Rice, Urad dal, Fenugreek, Sago, and Stone salt.
How to use:
- Mix 1 measure of Ragi Dosa Mix with 1 measure of water, a Β½ measure of curd (optional), and salt to form a smooth batter. For extra flavor, you can add grated coconut, chopped vegetables, coriander, or curry leaves.
- Keep the batter aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat a flat pan on medium flame and grease it with little oil. Spread 1 tbsp of the batter on the pan in sweeping circular motions to form a dosa/pancake.
- Drizzle and spread some oil over the surface and the edges of the dosa/pancake. When the surface looks cooked (not soft or runny), flip it and cook the other side for about a minute.
- Fold the dosa into half and serve hot with coconut/tomato chutney, sambar or pickle.
